Minimal criteria:

1. Real-time communication from Arduino / Raspberry Pi sensors to Android device
   • Stream of ECG signals for team 1
   • Stream of IR images for team 2

2. Simple user interface and data visualization on Android
   • ECG graph for team 1
   • IR heatmap with colorbar for team 2

3. On device / Edge AI (Tensorflow lite)
   • Original test data
   • Abnormality detection / Classification model for team 1
   • Person detection / Classification model for for team 2
